After considering the circumstances involved with regards to the condition of the 2 front tires, I would of expected some type of credit or compromise for such poor tread length being left on these tires, and then being okayed to leave on the vehicle after a full check had been performed before selling to us at 20,000 miles used.

I had been to 2 previous service appts at 5,000 miles and 10,000 miles of owning the vehicle, both of which were for oil changes, and tire rotations. At this appt, I came to learn about the extremely poor condition of the 2 front tires on this vehicle me and my wife traded in for, and have only had for about 15,000 miles, and was told the rotation could not be performed due to the extremely poor condition of the front tires! Following this information being given, what was offered, or should say, what wasn't offered, to remedy the issue. I went for a service visit for oil change and tire rotation on 4/26/23, as I have did for the last 5 years of business with Newton Nissan.
